Clear Rules. Fair Access. Shared Trust.

A summary of the core rules governing the use of CompanyWorkbench.com.

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

Subscriber Agreement Notice

This page outlines our general terms of service for visitors and guest users. Active workspace owners and billing subscribers are governed by the full **Beta Software Service Agreement (v1.0)**, which must be reviewed and accepted during tenant setup. You can view, download, or review your accepted version at any time inside your workspace **Settings & Billing** dashboard.

1. Use of the Public Services

By accessing the public marketing pages, reading guides, or completing our free operational readiness assessment, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You may not use the public site to launch automated scrapers, denial of service attacks, or submit malicious input.

2. Accuracy of Assessment Inputs

Our Readiness Assessments are provided for educational and diagnostic purposes. The recommendations, scores, and mitigation planning insights generated by our AI models depend entirely on the operational values you input. These scores are designed to assist you in identifying operational risks and do not represent formal financial, legal, or acquisition valuation guarantees.

3. Private Beta Subscription Terms

Accepted participants in the CompanyWorkbench.com private beta receive access to the current beta workspace features under the private beta program pricing:

  • Private Beta User Access: $10.00 per user per month

The private beta is operated as a trial environment during the beta program. After the beta program completes, accepted beta participants are expected to transition to an operating environment appropriate for their access, support, and security needs. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, are exclusive of taxes, and may be canceled at any time inside your workspace settings. Private beta pricing applies only to accepted beta participants and may change for future public plans.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform and marketing tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CompanyWorkbench.com (operated by Kleenscape, LLC) and its suppliers make no representations or warranties that the system will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that the diagnostic scores represent perfect guarantees of business saleability.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all relations arising out of public platform operations are governed by California law, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising out of public marketing site use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.

6. Contact & Legal Notices

All legal and commercial inquiries should be directed through our contact page or via email at legal@companyworkbench.com.
