Authorized personnel from our parent company, Kleenscape, LLC, may access customer workspace data only when reasonably necessary to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, perform system maintenance, validate backups, or resolve security concerns. Administrative access is restricted, logged, and audited.

We employ commercial-grade physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to keep your data secure:

5. Analytical and Anonymous Data

We may compile and analyze anonymized, aggregated statistical patterns derived from platform usage (e.g. system usage speed, average active session durations). This data is completely de-identified and is used purely to optimize platform performance and plan capacity.

CompanyWorkbench.com uses a small number of cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with any external parties.
